• Head and handle guaranteed for 1 year,
• Speculums and bulb not guaranteed.
The guarantee does not apply in the event of handling non-com-
pliant with instructions, improper use, modifications made by
yourself or by an unauthorised third party, accidental damage
and normal wear.
During the guarantee period, any otoscope parts that present
manufacturing defects shall be replaced and/or repaired free
of charge, after returning the device to Spengler's after-sales
service.
In the event of a guarantee claim or of repairs, please return
the complete otoscope in its original packaging, accompanied
by the dated invoice.
