TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Always disconnect the battery from the machine before transport.
•
Transport the battery in accordance with local and national regulations.
•
Follow all special packaging and labelling requirements when transporting batteries for a third party.
•
Ensure that no batteries can come into contact with other batteries or conductive materials during transport by
protecting exposed connectors with non-conductive insulating caps or tape.
•
Do not transport batteries that are cracked or leaking.
•
Clean the grinder thoroughly before storing. Store the hedge trimmer in a dry, well-ventilated area inaccessible
to children.
•
Keep the grinder away from corrosive agents.
•
Store the battery and charger separately in a dry place, free from moisture and frost.
•
Do not store the battery in places where static electricity may be generated. Never transport the battery in a
metal case.
•
Store the battery in a place without extreme temperatures and away from direct sunlight.
•
All batteries gradually lose their charge. Recharge the batteries every 3 months.
RECICLYING AND DISPOSING
Worn products are potentially recyclable and should not be disposed of in the regular trash. Help us to protect the
environment and conserve natural resources.
Dispose of the device in an environmentally friendly manner. Do not throw it away with household waste. Its plastic
and metal components can be separated and recycled. Please take this appliance to an approved recycling centre
(Green Dot).
The materials used in the packaging of the machine are recyclable: please dispose of them in the appropriate container.
ATTENTION Take the battery to a local recycling and/or disposal centre that is certified for disposal.
If the battery pack breaks or cracks, whether it leaks or not, do not recharge it and do not use it.
Get rid of it and replace it with a new battery pack. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR IT!
GUARANTEE
GREENCUT guarantees all products for a period of 2 years (valid for Europe). The warranty is subject to the date of
purchase taking into account the intended use of the product. As a condition of the warranty, the original receipt must
be presented indicating the date of purchase and its description as well as the defective tool.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear due to normal use, especially on blades, blade fasteners, turbines, light
sources, fan and drive belts, impellers, air filters, spark plugs and damage caused by improper use, especially non-
compliance with the operating and maintenance instructions.
In the event that repairs or modifications have been carried out by the consumer or others other than with original
GREENCUT spare parts, the warranty will be void. In the event of a justified warranty claim, we are entitled, at our
discretion, to repair or replace the defective tool free of charge. Other claims that go beyond this guarantee are not
valid.
