How to remove the inner comfort padding
3.1 Pull out the rear flap from its seat between the inner and outer shell (Fig. 4 A) by
pulling out the comfort padding in the neck-ring area (Fig. 4 B).
3.2 Pull put the lateral left flap from its seat between the inner and outer shell by
pulling out the comfort padding towards the interior of the helmet (Fig. 5). Repeat
this step for the right side flap.
3.3 Unhook the left front flap from the support fixed to the inner shell by slightly pulling
the comfort padding towards the inside of the helmet (Fig. 6 A). Follow the same
steps to remove the central flap as well as the right front flap (Fig. 6 B).
3.4 Remove the inner comfort padding from the helmet.

How to fit the inner comfort padding
4.1 Insert the comfort padding inside the helmet properly.
4.2 Hook the front flaps to the support fixed to the inner shell by slightly pushing the
liner towards the outside of the helmet (Fig. 6 A-B).
4.3 Insert the right and left side flaps of the comfort padding by pushing them
between the inner and outer shell (Fig. 5).
4.4 Insert the rear flap between the inner and outer shell (Fig. 4 A) and press the
comfort padding in the neck-ring area (Fig. 4 B).
ATTENTION!!!

Remove the padding only when cleaning or washing is required.

Never use the helmet prior to having correctly and completely refitted the
inner comfort padding and the cheek pads.

Never machine-wash the inner comfort padding.

Never use tools or equipment of any sort to carry out the steps described
above.
