Pneumatic tools have to be used,
inspected and maintained always
in compliance with the respective
local, state, national or federal
regulations.
• Drain compressor tank and remove conden-
sation water from the air hoses. Read thou-
roughly through the operating instructions of
the compressor tank too.
Important: The use of air filters and an air hose
oiler is recommended.
Attention! Before oiling, plugging in/out the
tool, disconnect the tool from the com-
pressed air supply.
• For oiling the tool, see "Maintenance and
Cleaning" in these operating instructions.
Attention! Only use chisels and accessories
that are approved for impact operation.
• The right size of the air hose to be connec-
ted to the tool has to correspond to the indi-
cations given in the table on page 8.
Note: The use of a quick-release coupling
facilitates the connection.
• Turn on the compressor to start the filling of
the air tank.
• Adjust the air compressor regulator to 91
PSI (6.3 bar). The maximum working pres-
sure of this tool is 91 PSI (6.3 bar).
• Adjust the regulator of the air inlet to the
desired value in order to avoid too strong
impacts.
• How to insert the chisel:
Take off swivel nut, insert suitable chisel, put
on swivel nut and tighten it.
• Never use damaged chisels.
• Do not use damaged, worn-out or low-qua-
lity air hoses or connectors.
• Press operation trigger to operate the tool.
• Release trigger to stop tool operation.
• Before oiling, plugging in/out the tool,
please make sure that the air supply is dis-
connected.
