NOTE: Before the first use, remember that the PRO ice maker should remain in standby
mode for 12 hours.
1.- Once the device has been properly installed, plug it into a 220-240 V 50Hz power point.
2.- Open the water stopcock and press the ON/OFF switch to turn on the PRO ice maker. The
green "RUN" light indicator will turn on and the device will begin producing ice.
3.- Use the ice scoop to remove ice from inside the device.
NOTE: The ice that is made during the first two production series is considered to be
INEDIBLE.
4.- If the ice container is full, the "ICE FULL" indicator will turn on and the machine will stop
making ice. Remove ice from inside the container and in a few minutes the PRO ice maker
will begin producing ice again.
5.- If the water supply is stopped or if the water pressure is too low, the "WATER LOW" or
"FAULT" indicators will turn on and the PRO ice maker will stop automatically.
Once the water supply has been re-established, the machine will begin producing ice again
after a few minutes.
1.- Before proceeding with the cleaning, make sure that the device is unplugged.
2.- Do not use aggressive products or metallic sponges that can harm stainless surfaces for
cleaning. Make sure of drying all the elements before re-assembling them.
3.- Clean the ice container, the water tank and evaporator frequently Use a mixture of water and
vinegar to obtain the best results.
4.- Extended lack of use can cause the introduction of air in the pump circuit. The insufficient
water indicator may come on. Switching the machine on and off will resolve it.
5.- Only use original parts, the use of parts supplied by the manufacturer can permanently
damage the machine.
6.- In the case of not using the device for a long period, store it in a dry, well-ventilated place free
from humidity.
7.- Clean the water drainage and input valves once a month to prevent obstructions.
