NOTE: Placement of the line lock on the slackline can vary depending on the length of the
slackline, how tight you want the slackline, and stretch of the webbing. To determine the
approximate placement, use the percentage of stretch of your webbing and multiply it by the
distance. This total will be approximately the distance to set your line lock from the tension anchor.
i.e. Sugoi has a stretch of approximately 3% and on about 30 feet, you would have 1 foot. As you
walk on the slackline the webbing will stretch naturally so we suggest adding an additional foot to
allow for tensioning if the line becomes looser.
SLACKLINE INDUSTRIES PRIMITIVE KIT MANUAL-ENGLISH
Wrap your tree with anchor webbing using a
choker hitch and clip on to the oval carabiner
attached to webbing in the line lock.
Walk out your webbing towards the opposite
tree ensuring it is lying flat with no twists.
3.4 TENSIONING ANCHOR:
Wrap the anchor webbing around the second
tree using a choker hitch or basket configuration
and clip another oval carabiner to anchor
webbing.
NOTE: If there is enough anchor webbing,
always double wrap the anchor.
3.5 TENSION SYSTEM:
Create a second "line lock" on this side of the
slackline approximately 2 feet from the tension
anchor as directed in Step (3.3)
