1.- The appliance is intended for collective use and must be used by properly trained personnel.
2.- Before switching on the machine for the first time; thoroughly clean off the industrial oils from
the tank.
3.- Pour water into the tank until it reaches the level of the reference notches printed on the side
of the tank.
4.- Starting up:
a) Put the plug into the power socket.
b) Press the switch into position START, if everything is correct it will light up.
c) Turn the hermostat until the temperature setting required is reached.
The heating light will come on and will go off when the set teparture is reached.
d) Now the applaince is ready to be used.
5.- Turning off:
a) Put the thermostat in position OFF.
b) Press the switch into position OFF and check that the two lights are out.
c) NOTE: If the plug remains inserted the appliance is still live.
CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
CLEANING:
1.- Before cleaning, make sure that the appliance is not connected.
2.- Do not use aggressive cleaning products or metallic sponges that may scratch the stainless
steel surfaces when cleaning. Make sure to dry all of the elements well before reassembling
it.
3.- If the grinder will not be used for a long time, store it in a dry, well ventilated place away
from humidity.
MAINTENANCE:
The electric bain-marie does not require special maintenance, but the following precautions
should be taken:
a- Do not leave the grinder running unsupervised; the engine overheating may reduce its
operating lifespan and/or generate irreparable damage.
b- Only use original spare parts; the use of parts supplied by other manufacturers may
permanently damage the machine.
NOTE:
TO ENSURE OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT AT ALL TIMES, REGULARLY
REMOVE THE LIMESCALE THAT HAS ACCUMULATED ON THE HEATING SURFACES. ADD
A SOLUTION MADE UP OF WATER AND VINEGAR AND BOIL FOR A FEW MINUTES. IN
SOME CASES, IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO USE MORE THAN ONE CLEANING CYCLE
