TROUBLESHOOTING
Phenomenon
The product does not work after
power-on.
The product works but does not
produce any steam after power-
on.
The Ironing head drips water.
Water leak.
The steam is blocked
In operation, there is a "grunt"
sound.
Cause
The power plug is not inserted.
The domestic circuit fails or the
fuse is burnt.
The product circuit fails.
The water tank does not have any
water or too little water.
The internal steam channel is bent
or disengaged.
The heating plate is damaged
The indicator light illuminates, but
does not produce any steam.
The steam is condensed, which is
a normal phenomenon.
