Maintenance and cleaning
The base of the playmat can be hand washed.
Do not wash the rest of the parts in the washing machine. Instead, clean them with a damp cloth.

cleaned gently with a damp cloth and
a mild detergent.

Air dry, on a rope or clothes horse
Do not dry-clean.
Do not fold or store the product when wet and never store it in damp conditions, as this can lead to
the formation of mold.
Storage
Keep the folded product out of the reach of children.
Warranty
A. All Kinderkraft products have a 24-month warranty. The warranty period starts on the day the
product is delivered to the Customer.
B. The warranty applies to Products sold in the following countries: France, Spain, Germany,
Poland, Great Britain, Italy.
C. In countries not listed above, the terms of the warranty are determined by the Seller.
D. It is possible to extend the warranty to 120 months (10 years). The full text of the conditions
and the registration form of the warranty extension are available at www.KINDERKRAFT.COM
E. The warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.

G. The warranty does not cover:
a. claims for technical parameters of the Product, provided that they are in accordance with
the manufacturer's operating instructions or other normative documents;
b. damage to the Product caused by improper maintenance or use of inappropriate
chemicals;
c. colour changes (discolouration) when the Product is exposed to strong sunlight, contrary
to the instructions in the manual;
d. tears, abrasions, cracks in fabric/plastic caused by the Customer;
e. deterioration of the Product due to normal wear and tear and natural wear and tear of
consumables;
f. Products that have been misused;
H. The warranty period for accessories attached to the device is 6 months from the date of sale,
excluding mechanical damage.
