Carry out voltage tests
If voltage tests are carried out on electrical installations that have all-current sensitive
residual current circuit breakers (FI/RCD) type B/B+, these can be damaged by an
incorrect test.
WARNING
Material damage to the protective device due to faulty testing
Incorrect testing can damage protective devices.
 For voltage tests with test voltages > 0.4 kV, switch off the residual current circuit
breakers (FI/RCD) and the upstream or downstream miniature circuit breakers beforehand.

CLEANING AND CARE

The device can be cleaned dry or damp, depending on the conditions of use and
soiling.
To prevent stubborn dirt, we recommend dry cleaning at regular intervals.
Before starting cleaning work, remove all connected loads from the device (see chapter
"Operation").
DANGER
There is a risk of serious injury or death when working
on live components.
• For wet cleaning, the device must be disconnected from the power supply.
• Clean the device and the components (e.g. sockets) only from the outside.
• Do not open the device and keep the sockets closed.
• Never use steam or high-pressure cleaning equipment.
• Unsuitable cleaning agents, cleaning equipment and excessive use of water can
cause damage to the appliance.
Dry cleaning
For dry cleaning, you can use a hand brush and a clean cloth.
• First remove existing dust and dirt with a hand brush.
• Then wipe the device with a clean, dry cloth.
Wet cleaning
Use only clean water for wet cleaning.
• First remove existing dust and dirt with a hand brush.
• Then wipe the device with a clean, damp cloth.

DANGER
There is a risk of serious injury or death when working
on live components.
• Remove all plugged-in loads
• Switch off all safety devices
• Disconnect the cable from the mains
