23. SPIRALS ADJUSTMENT
The spirals can be adjusted to better dispense the different types of
selectable products.
To carry out this adjustment you have to:
• Pull the spiral until the coupling is released from the motor seat.
• Rotate the spiral 45° at a time, until you find the desired position.
• Release the spiral and the coupling will automatically return to its seat.
24. REPLACING THE SPIRALS
In the standard version, spirals with different pitches are supplied, suitable for the dispensing of products with different shapes
and consistency.
Other spirals can be ordered directly from the Manufacturer.
All the spirals are interchangeable and can be mounted in the vending machine trays in the following way:
1. Pull out the drawer.
2. Rotate the spiral until it is released from the stop notch.
3. Replace the spiral with the one best suited to the product to be inserted.
4. Adjust the spiral as indicated in point 23.

If the spiral spring to replace is combined with a sliding
guide for cones and tubs, you need to extract the latter
by lifting its end part to release it from the edge of the
drawer and then slip it out.
If the sliding guide has not been removed, the spiral
to replace cannot be removed either.
