2.3. Maintenance
Changing and cleaning the filter:
Remove the filters as shown in the instructions of Picture 10;
• You can clean the filter through the following method:
1. Soak them for about 3 minute in hot water (40-50 degrees) with a
grease loosening detergent, and brush it gently with a soft brush.
Please, do not apply too much pressure to avoid damaging it.
2. It can be put in the dishwasher with detergent, set the tempera-
ture at around 60 degrees.
• Please do not use abrasive detergents for they will damage
the hood;
• Make sure that the hood is switched off before cleaning it;
• Clean the filters after approximately 30 hours of use, or at least
once a month.
INSTALLING GREASE MESH FILTERS
• To install filters for the following four steps .
- Angle the filter into slots at the back of the hood.
- Push the button on handle of the filter.
- Release the handle once the filter fits into a resting position.
- Repeat to install all filters.
