Oil Checker

Intended use
The oil checker can only be used in vehicles whose air conditioning system
is equipped with a low-pressure connection and a high-pressure connection.
The oil checker is available in two models:
for air conditioners with R-134a (ref. no. 8885100163)
for air conditioners with R-1234yf (ref. no. 8885100164).

NOTE
To prevent contamination of the refrigerant or the refrigerant oil,
the hoses and sight glasses of the two versions must not be inter-
changed.

Technical description
The oil checker is used for testing the condition of refrigerant and refrigerant
oil, especially for:
Swarf
Discoloration
Acidification
The refrigerant and the refrigerant oil.can be evaluated by visually inspecting
it through the sight glass. In addition, coarse filtering can be performed with
the sintered filter.
