Tool Operation
For Sausage Bag Application
1. Cut a hole in one end of the sausage bag as
shown in the figure below.

3. Insert the sausage bag into the compound holder. Screw the front cap on tight. It is not necessary
to pull back the rack by hand. Make sure the sausage bag is insert properly and sit up right on the
plastic plunger disk.
4. Push the Rear Knob forward gently to force the rack tighten with the sausage bag.

2. Remove the front cap. Fit the nozzle inside
the front cap and cut off the tip at a point suitable
for the job.
