Regulatory instructions
• For cleaning, maintenance and storage instructions, please refer
to the CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE section in the Usage
booklet.
Battery-related safety instructions
• The batteries must be disposed of in accordance with current
local regulations.
• The batteries must be inserted with the correct polarity in the
battery compartment of the remote control.
Warning! Risk of explosion!
– The batteries must not be charged, reactivated, disassembled,
incinerated, buried or short-circuited.
– The batteries must be properly replaced with an identical or
equivalent battery model.
– Do not expose the batteries to heat sources, such as sunlight
or open flames. Do not place the unit on top of other heat-
emitting appliances, such as radiators or fridges.
– Do not throw batteries into a fire as they could burst or release
toxic substances.
Warning! Do not ingest the batteries: risk of chemical
burns.
• Keep new and used batteries out of the reach of children and
pets.
Warning! Do not allow children to replace batteries
without adult supervision.
• Should the battery compartment not close properly, stop using
the unit and keep it out of the reach of children.
• If you ever suspect that batteries may have been swallowed
or inserted into any part of the body, please seek immediate
medical advice.
• Should the batteries leak, use a cloth to remove them from the
battery compartment. Dispose of the batteries in accordance
with current local regulations. If acid leaks from the batteries,
avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mucous membranes.
