4.1 STANDBy MODE

To set the appliance to "Standby" mode, turn
the knob "B" to position
LED "L1" turns green and the appliance emits
a double beep.
All modes including the "Pilot Wire" are suspended, but the
appliance is still powered, ready to be started up again.
To start the appliance, turn the dial "B" clockwise until it ex-
its "Standby" mode. The appliance comes on in "Comfort"
mode (or "Pilot Wire" mode if connected) and emits a long
beep.
The "L2" LED is red when the appliance is heating and off
when the set temperature has been reached.

4.2 COMFORT MODE

The "Comfort" temperature corresponds to the temperature
desired by the user.
Set the desired temperature turning the knob
"B". The temperature regulation range goes
from 7 °C to 32 °C.
LED "L1" becomes red.
The "L2" LED is red when the appliance is heating and off
when the set temperature has been reached.
The appliances may need to be regulated differ-
ently to obtain the same room temperature ac-
cording to the different conditions of the rooms
where they are installed (number of people
present, exposure to the sun etc.).
4.3 PILOT WIRE MODE
To activate the "Pilot Wire" mode, the home must be fitted
with an automation system supporting this type of technol-
ogy and the control device must be set to "Comfort" mode.
In this case, correct transmission of the programming com-
mands can be verified using the following diagram accord-
ing to the mode set:

4.4 NIGHT/ECO MODE
The "Night/Eco" temperature keeps a comfortable tempera-
ture with a minimum energy consumption.
The "Night/Eco" temperature is 3 °C lower than the set
"Comfort" temperature.
Press the key "C" repeatedly two or three times
depending on the function set previously until
the "L1" LED becomes yellow.
The "L2" LED is red when the appliance is heating and off
when the set temperature has been reached.
The use of this operating mode is recommended in night-
time hours and in case no people is in the room for more
than 2 hours.

4.5 ANTI-FREEZE MODE

In "Anti-Freeze" mode the temperature set point is fixed at
7 °C. The appliance starts heating when room temperature
goes under 7 °C and with low energy consumption it
prevents the room temperature to reach the freezing point.
To set the appliance to "Anti-freeze" mode,
press the "C" key for at least 3 seconds until
the L1 LED becomes green and flashing.
The "L2" LED is red when the appliance is heating and off
when the set temperature has been reached.
This operating mode is recommended when no people is in
the room for more than 1 day.
In case of power failure which lasts for a long pe-
riod, the appliance will resume operation with the
last mode set.
4.6 OvERDRIvE (2H) FUNCTION
The "Overdrive (2h)" mode can be used to heat the room quickly
or speed up the drying of the towels.
Press the "C" key once (from "Comfort" mode)
or twice (from "Night/Eco" or "Anti-freeze"
mode).
The "L1" LED becomes red and flashing, the "L2" LED be-
comes red.
The appliance heats at the maximum power for 2 hours, in-
dependently from the temperature setting.
