7. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

During winter when the pool is not in use, clean the TigrusELEC. Leave it to dry and store it in a dry, frost-free place.
Periodically check the wear of the MESH of the tank.
The sun's UV rays, water and the chemical products used for the treatment of the pool water can damage the good condition of the TigrusELEC.
To extend its duration:
Check that the pH is constantly at the level recommended by the installer. A lower or higher pH will deteriorate most of the plastic and
rubber elements.
Remove the TigrusELEC from the swimming pool before carrying out any shock chemical treatment and do not put it back in the pool for at
least 1 or 2 days.
Note: Due to the harsh operating conditions of the TigrusELEC in the pool (chemical products, UV rays, etc.), it may become discoloured
eventually, even in normal operation.
CLEANING THE TANK AND THE MESH
After each cleaning cycle, you have to
empty out the dirt stored in the
TigrusELEC tank.
Remove the tank from the TigrusELEC.
Separate the mesh from the tank, using
pressure.
Clean the tank and the mesh with pressurized
water. Check that the flaps are not blocked.
Once the tank and the mesh have been cleaned, reassemble the mesh with the tank and put them back into the
TigrusELEC, finally positioning the locking tab in Close position.
CHANGING THE MESH
The mesh on the tank, by its nature is a consumable part and must be replaced when you detect that it is broken, or when it has quite a large
hole in it or if you can no longer remove the dirt encrusted in it. f you do not change the mesh, the performance of the TigrusELEC will be
affected and it will not clean the pool correctly.
