PROBLEM
Console is not turning on.
Controller will not connect
to my mobile device via
Bluetooth .

Controller will not connect
to my PC/MAC/Laptop via
Bluetooth .

SOLUTION
• Allow the controller to fully charge before
usage.
• Press the Power button down until you see
the lights on the controller flash. Once the
lights start flashing, the controller is ready to
pair.
• Is the controller in the proper pairing mode?
• Have you turned your mobile device's'
Bluetooth
• With the controller in pairing mode, turn your
mobile device's Bluetooth
ON to refresh the list.
• In your Bluetooth
devices, do you see a listed item with a
DPad icon or RB8
If so select that entry and follow the
onscreen steps.
• Does your mobile device allow Bluetooth
devices such as a controller to be
connected?
• Are you able to connect the controller to any
other mobile device?
• Is the controller in the proper pairing mode?
• Does your device have Bluetooth
capabilities?
• Is the Bluetooth
turned ON?
• Do you have another Bluetooth
connected to your system? Most systems
only allow one Bluetooth
time.
• With the controller in pairing mode, turn your
mobile device's Bluetooth
ON to refresh the list.
• In your Bluetooth
devices, do you see a listed item with a
DPad icon or RB8
If so select that entry and follow the
onscreen steps.
