t the end of the mincing process, turn
the dial to the "0" position and discon-
nect the plug from the power outlet.
Once the blades have stopped, remove
the lid by rotating in a counter clockwise
direction. Remove the bowl by rotating it
in a counter clockwise direction to release
it from the motor-base. Retrieve the food,
taking care when handling the blades.
Blending
To blend (e.g. minestrone, sauces,
eggs...) proceed in the same way as the
mincing, but use the blending insert (s)
(Fig. 8)
Beating
To beat (e.g. cream, egg whites...) pro-
ceed in the same way as the mincing, but
use the beating insert (k) (Fig. 9)
Cutting and chopping
Prepare the bowl as described in the sec-
tion "Using the bowl"
ssemble the blade support (u) on the
shaft in the centre of the bowl (Fig. 10).
Insert a blade (p1) or (p2) in the disc (r)
as shown in Figure 11.
Use the blade (q) to cut the food into
small round shapes (Fig. 12).
Use the blades (p1 or p2) to cut the food
into sticks or chips (Fig. 13 and Fig. 14).
Position the blade-holding disc (R) on the
support (u), and make sure the blade you
want to use is facing upwards.
Place the lid (n) on the bowl (Fig. 15)
and rotate in a clockwise direction until
the tab (w) of the lid enters the slot of the

motor body (x) (Fig. 16).
Connect the plug to a compatible power
outlet.
Clean the food and insert it into the
entrance of the lid (n).
Turn the dial (e) to the desired speed
(Pulse, 1 or 2). If necessary, lightly push
the food with the food pusher (o) (Fig.
17).

position, position the blender jar (c) on
the motor-base in the connection area of
the jar (d) (Fig. 18). Rotate in a counter
clockwise direction until it locks into place
(Fig. 19).
Place the ingredients in the jar (c) and
close with the lid (b) and measuring cap
(a). Turn the jar until it locks into place.

Connect the plug to a compatible power
outlet. Turn the dial (e) to the desired
speed (Pulse, 1 or 2).
During operation, it is possible to add
liquid by temporarily removing the mea-
suring cap (a).
