1. Remove contents from box. Verify that all parts listed are present and free from damage. Read all installation instructions carefully be-
fore attempting installation.
2. If the vehicle is equipped with factory tow hooks. Tow hooks must be removed before installation. Lossen the long 18mm bolt & nut, and
loosen the 18mm short bolt from the vehicle frame securing the tow hook. Pull the tow hook forward of the vehicle. Some vehicles have
a plastic valance covering the front frame section. This area must be trimmed to accept the light bar assembly. Customer can also opt to
aquire a 4WD valance.
3. Insert the lower mounting flanges through the bumper valance to the front section of the vehicle frame. Align the slots with the tow hook
holes on the frame. Factory tow hook and hardware can be reinstalled with this product.
4. If installation is on a vehicle without tow hooks; Insert an M12 stud plate through the frame opening to each mounting hole location. Due
to vehicle variations, some vehicles will only utilize three total attachment points.
5. Use the M12 flat washers, M12 lock washers, and M12 hex nuts to secure the light bar.
6. Align light bar as desired and tighten all supplied fasteners to 35-45 lbs-ft.
