LOADING RAMPS
Introduction
To get the most out of your new loading
ramps, please read through these
instructions before use. Please also save the
instructions in case you need to refer to them
at a later date.
The loading ramps are intended for loading
and unloading two-wheeled vehicles, garden
tractors and ATVs. They must NOT be used
for cars or other vehicles that exceed the
maximum bearing capacity of the loading
ramps.

Only use the loading ramps as described in
these instructions.
There must always be at least two people
present when using the loading ramps.
Keep children and unauthorised persons at a
safe distance from the loading ramps during
use.
Only use the loading ramps on a fl at, dry and
stable surface. Make sure that the loading
ramps cannot slip when you push a vehicle
onto them. Do not try to drive a vehicle up
onto the loading ramps. The vehicle must
have cooled down before you push it up
onto the loading ramp so that you do not risk
burning yourself on hot engine parts or the
exhaust system.

There must be no persons or animals under
the loading ramps. There must not be any
vehicle parked on the loading ramps.
Do not use the loading ramps as a bridge.
Do not exceed the maximum bearing
capacity of the loading ramps – 200 kg.
Make sure not to drop heavy objects on the
loading ramps as this may damage them.
Inspect the loading ramps before each
use. If they are defective, bent or otherwise
damaged, they must not be used!
Only use original spare parts to repair the
loading ramps.
Clean the loading ramps regularly. Do not
use them if there is oil or grease on them.

Turn the loading ramp (1) and tongue (2) as
illustrated so that the parts can lie fl at against
the ground.
Make sure the holes are aligned with one
another and insert four bolts (3) into the
holes from the top of the loading ramp and
through the holes in the tongue. Place a
washer (4) and nut (5) on each side of the
bolt from the underside. Tighten all bolts and
nuts.
Do this for both loading ramps.
Use
Place the loading ramps with the contact
surfaces resting against the bed of the trailer
or truck.
The vehicle must be in neutral gear.
