1. Back Angle Adjustment – To adjust the back angle, lift lever up to move
freely. Press lever down to lock at desired angle.
2. Seat/Back Tilt – To adjust the seat and back tilt in unison, lift lever up to
release back and seat angle.
3. Adjustable Tilt Lock – To lock seat/back angle, press lever down at desired
angle.

4. Seat Depth Adjustment (Seat Slider) – To increase depth of seat, pull lever out
and move body forward while sitting. To decrease depth, pull lever out and
move body backwards while sitting.
5. Seat Height Adjustment – To raise seat height, lift lever up with little to no
weight on the seat. To lower seat height, lift lever up while sitting.
6. Forward Tilt Control

a. Forward tilt allows for chair to remain in a forward tilting position,
instead of a level position. This can reduce pressure on the lower back
and increase blood flow to the legs.
b. To activate forward tilt, ensure back angle adjustment lever (1) is in the
down position and the seat/back tilt lever (2) is in the up position. Sitting
all the way back in the seat, lean back, pull lever (6) backward and
then lean forward. Forward tilt is now activated.
c. To deactivate forward tilt, lean back and push lever (6) toward the front
of chair.
7. Tilt Tension – To increase tilt tension, turn knob clockwise. To decrease tilt
tension, turn knob counterclockwise. Tilt tension determines how easily chair
can recline.

8. Back Height Adjustment – To raise the back, lift the seat back until it clicks
into the desired height. To lower the back, lift the seat back to its tallest
height to release ratchet mechanism, then lower it to lowest height.
9. Adjustable Armrests (Height, Width, Depth)
a. Height – To adjust arm height, press the button under the front of each
armpad and move the arm up and down.
b. Width – To adjust arm width, use force to shift armrest pad in and out.
c. Depth – To adjust arm depth, use force to shift armrest pad
forward and back.
