The module cannot be considered as part of a fire detection system. Incoming pre-alarm, alarm, evacuation and fault notifications on
internal units and switchboards are additional information and do not replace fire alarm system alerts.
Art. 1467 is an interface capable of addressing the alerts
generated by a fire detection panel to the ViP system.
The alert generation logic is managed by the connected
panels. The alerts, depending on the programming
implemented, are forwarded and shown on the internal
units and/or the porter switchboard.
The alerts reproduced on the internal units and
switchboards are shown below:
• Pre-alarm
• Alarm
• Evacuate (General evacuation of the building)
• Fault (General control panel fault. Information only
available on the switchboard).
The alerts are shown on the ViP devices by means of a
pop-up message and an audible indication. The message
shown can be reset 10" after it is received; the audible
indication is stopped automatically after 100". The
message remains visible until the user performs a manual
reset.
