This bike is designed for biking at home.
Biking is an excellent form of cardio training, for increasing cardiovascular capacity and burning calories.
In addition, this type of exercise allows you to tone your lower body muscles (gluteals, quads, ham-
strings, calves). The upper body muscles (abdominals, back, arms) are also involved in the exercise.
This bike is fitted with a chain drive system.
6. People wearing a pace maker, a defibrillator, or any other electronic
implant are advised that they use the pulse sensor at their own risk.
7. Pregnant women are advised not to use the pulse sensor.
8. WARNING! Heart rate monitoring systems may be inaccurate. Over
exercise may result in serious injury or death. If you feel faint or any
pain, stop exercising immediately.
9. The equipment must be placed on a flat, stable surface.
10. The biking bike does not use a freewheel. The pedals continue to
turn as long as the flywheel is moving.
11. To stop gradually, slow down the cadence until the wheel completely
stops.
12. For an emergency stop, press the resistance knob.
13. At the end of your training session, lock the bike by fully turning the
resistance knob in a clockwise direction.
