Poor sound and/or image
Check the audio settings from your DVD equipment.
Make sure that the audio connections between your DVD device and
your TV screen or audio amplifier are correct and the cables are not
damaged.
Check if the disc is damaged or scratched..
Disc playback doesn' t start
Make sure that the disc is inserted into your DVD unit and its position
is correct (printed side upwards).
Check if the disc is damaged or scratched.
