select the file type
scroll through the files to the
desired selection

select Subject
enter the subject
open the Quick Notes list,
then scroll to and select a
Quick Note as a subject
store the subject
scroll to Attachments
select Attachments
scroll to Picture or Sound
select the file type
scroll through the files to the
one you want
select and insert the file
