3. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

3.1 Installing the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion

Please make sure all parts are included before fitting the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air
Cushion. If any parts are missing please contact us via email help@thinkgizmos.com.
The Air Nozzle has 3 parts.
1. Outer Plug
2. Air Pump Valve (includes an extra valve to
stop air leaks see 2.a).
3. Air Release Valve
Inflating the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion.
1. Unplug the Outer Plug.
2. Make sure the Air Pump Valve is still fitted into the Air Release Valve.
3. Connect the pump to the Air Pump Valve and fill with air.
4. Fill to desired firmness.
5. Remove the Air Pump.
6. Close the Outer Plug.
7. Push the Air Nozzle into the Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion so it is flat.
8. The Zephyr Motorcycle Seat Air Cushion is now ready for use.
