SAFETY AND WARNING NOTICE 3:
All parts of the HellBoy become hot during the grilling process. To avoid burns make sure that
these parts do not come into contact with skin surfaces.
Keep children away from the HellBoy!
The HellBoy is only to be operated outdoors and cooling down after grilling can - depending on
the weather - take up to one hour, during which there is still a risk of burns on the hot surfaces.
MAKE SURE THAT THE HELLBOY IS PLACED ON A LEVEL SURFACE SO THAT IT
CANNOT TIP OVER!
After you have carefully ignited the HellBoy - as described under „Before the first start-up" - wait ab-
out 5 minutes until the ceramic burner has heated up to approximately 800°C.
Then you can place your food on the grid and carefully insert it into the HellBoy with the grate handle.
The HellBoy is suitable for all foods (from any meat to fish, vegetables, etc.).
Different temperature levels can be used by you in a meaningful way. The closer you bring your food
to the area of the ceramic burner, the hotter it is there. Towards the bottom, the temperature decreases
steadily.
During grilling, the gas supply can be regulated using the control and the desired temperature of the
HellBoy can be controlled.
Once you have finished grilling, close the control and make sure that the ceramic burners are extin-
guished.
Then close the valve on the propane bottle.
