"Pocket"
To decrease interference or static noise, rotate the

antenna (B) or move the unit to a higher elevation.
The antenna folds down and out of the way when
not in use.
NOTE: After the antenna is raised from its "pocket",
the pocket can be used to hold a cell phone.
7. To turn the unit On and Off

To turn the unit ON: press the On/Off button (M)
The unit is ON
and hold for 2 seconds.
To turn the unit OFF: press the On/Off button (M)
and hold for 2 seconds. 87.50

Standby mode: briefly press the On/Off button (M),
the unit switches to standby mode. When the unit is
in standby mode, all audio output will stop. Only the
display (F) will continue showing the time, but the
display brightness will dim. Briefly press the On/Off
button (M) again to return to full operating mode or
M F
press On/Off button (M) for about 2 seconds to turn
off the unit.

NOTE: When in standby mode, the unit will turn off
automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity.
