INTENDED USE OF THE PRODUCT
Foam gun is designed for polyurethane foam application.
The foam is used for various repair and building works, such
as door and window replacement, joining various frame
constructions, silencing and sealing gaps in walls etc.

application that allows controlled injection and precise

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER AND SAFE USE
OF THE TOOL
Before the tool is used, make sure it is not damaged.
Shake the foam container well and remove the closing
cap. The container should be screwed onto the gun
adaptor by rotating it quickly to prevent foam from
flowing out and soiling the adaptor (2).
Foam that flows out, as the container is screwed in,
should be removed using proper foam cleaning agent.
Before the gun is used, slightly press the gun trigger (5)
so that foam fills the gun pieces and needle. Now, the
gun is ready to be used.
The amount of applied foam is adjusted using the knob
at the back of the gun (1). When the knob is rotated
clockwise, the foam flow is reduced and a thinner bead
of applied foam is obtained. When the knob is rotated
counter-clockwise, the flow is increased and a thicker
foam bead is applied. The adjustment is necessary to
obtain optimal thickness of applied foam bead.

In order to replace an empty container, it should be
quickly screwed out of the gun. The gun adaptor and
container valve should be immediately cleaned using
proper cleaning agent, if it is not empty and is to be
reused. Screw in the cleaning agent container to the
gun adaptor and inject it until the gun is completely
clean. The adaptor, needle and nozzle must be clean
at all times. A proper cleaning agent should be always
used for the gun. The gun ensures tightness, and when
the container is screwed into the gun adapter, foam
contained therein does not dry out. The gun should be
clean thoroughly, if it is not intended to be used for a
longer period of time.
As the foam bead size is changed, a small amount of foam
may penetrate through the adjustment knob sealing. In
such a case, the gun pieces should be cleaned immediately
and the bolt must be rotated clockwise using an 8 mm
wrench. This should compress the gun sealing (PTFE –
Teflon) and prevent foam from flowing out. As you are
doing so, make sure the needle moves freely at the contact
point with the sealing. Lubricate it, if necessary.
In order to maintain the gun in a good technical
condition, the aforementioned guidelines regarding
operation and maintenance must be observed.
Otherwise, the manufacturer cannot be liable for any
malfunctions of the product.
When the gun does not operate correctly, it should be
cleaned and returned to your dealer.
If soiled with foam or showing signs of incorrect use,
returned products will not be accepted for claims.
When the gun is operated, do not point the nozzle
towards yourself or other people.
Observe safety rules provided by a foam manufacturer.
