Freezing of eutectic containers
The containers eutectics , to be able to properly carry out their function in the stabilization of the tempe-
rature, must be regenerated before use.
For regeneration you can use any freezer having a temperature of -20 °C or lower .
During freezing the eutectic containers must be inserted into the conformer ( Fig 3) .
The regeneration of the eutectic containers in a home freezer " **** " (temperature below -18 °C) can employ
24/48h. Obviously in a professional freezer the regeneration will be much faster (up to 4h).

ATTENTION: Eutectic containers contain a toxic liquid
Keep eutectic containers away from children.
In case of deterioration or breakage of the casing, scrap the container and avoid contact
of the liquid with food.
To dispose occasionally the eutectic liquid, disperse it in water.
The eutectic containers (intact) must be disposed of as special waste.
