Solution
Check if the battery is powered ON
1.Check whether the power socket has electricity
2.Check whether charger is connected to AC plug
(or the light is on)
3.Check the plug of the charger and the charging port
of the whole scooter have been inserted correctly.
Check whether the bluetooth switch is turn on.
