• Bad Reception
. Check screen indicator signal. If signal is above four grid, it is strong.
If signal is below two grid, it is weak.
. When use device in bad receiption area, i.e. around tall buildings or
basement, air waves can not transmit validly.
. When use device in communication intensive, i.e: work on or off
period, line congestion causes the inability of call.
. It is related to the distance of base station transmitter of network.
You may require network service provider to provide service area map.
• Echo or Noise
. caused by internet relay line. It is regional issue or commnucication
is bad in some communication areas. You can hang up or replace better
communication line.
• Call can not outgoing
. You may set Hide device number but your internet operator don't
provide this service.
. may has interference signal in surrounding environment.
. may activate call barring.
. may activate line 2 but your service provider don't provide this
service.
