Check the power cable and signal connectors are connected properly. If the error persists after the
connectors have been reconnected, there is something wrong with the controller or the motor.
The controller is not driving the motor correctly: check the power cable and signal connectors are
connected properly. There may not be enough power to drive the system. If the error persists after
the connectors have been reconnected, there is something wrong with the controller or the motor.
The battery voltage is too low.
After turning on the system check the brakes are working properly. If the brake signal is below 0.75
V for any length of time, there is something wrong with the brakes.
Check for a defective motor sensor switching signal. Then check the signal from the motor con-
nector cable is connected properly. If the problem persists after reconnecting the connectors, the
motor sensor is broken.
After turning on the system, check the throttle is under control and the signal is lower than 0.75
V. This may also be due to the user turning the throttle before the system is running. The error is
resolved after restarting the throttle.
The controller is broken.
The screen and controller are undergoing communication problems. The green wire may be
disconnected, or a poor connection may be hampering proper communication.
The controller programme or 5V is malfunctioning. Check the brake signal cuts off with 5V.
