1. How to maximize your security and protection of your machine

Failure to observe at least the following instructions may cause immediate damage to
the user and/or the equipment.
1. Follow the safety recommendations in this manual (see pages 45 and 46).
2. Take into account the effects of kickback and attitudes to minimise it (see page
47 and 48).
3. Correctly attach the drill or accessory and never use drills or accessories of
poor quality or poor conservation. Do not carry out any adaptation of accessories,
parts, etc. (see pages 46, 48, 49, 50 and 54).
4. Do not force the direction of rotation to reverse until the machine is completely
stopped (see page 48).
5. Carry out maintenance only in accordance with this manual or the PECOL
Technical Assistance Service (see pages 50 to 53).
6. Do not connect to a power grid that is not compliant with the intended use of the
power tool (see pages 42, 46 and 53).
7. Do not carry the machine, drills and accessories to the limit of its capacity (see
pages 42, 47, 49, 50, 51 and 52).
