AUTO DEFROST
The oven could be used to defrost different foods based on their weight. The defrosting time and power level
are automatically set once the food category and the weight are programmed. The food weight ranges from
100g to 1800.
FOR EXAMPLE: Suppose you want to defrost 600g of shrimp.
1. Press STOP/CANCEL button.
2. Turn TIME/WEIGHT dial to defrost setting by turning the dial until it have passed the 9th auto cook menu,
and then turn the dial again to indicate weight 600g.
3. Press START/QUICK START button.
Note: During defrosting process, the system will pause to remind user to turn food over, after that, press
START/QUICK START to resume.
AUTO COOK MENU
For food or the following cooking mode, it is not necessary to program the duration and the cooking power.
It is enough to indicate the type of food that you wish to cook as well as the weight of this food. In order to
do this, press the AUTO COOK button a number of times to select a category of food/cooking mode. Then
turn the TIME/WEIGHT dial to indicate weight of food to be cooked. The oven begins cooking once the
START/QUICK START button is engaged.
You may need to turn food over at the middle of cooking time to obtain uniform cooking.
For example: to cook 400g of fish.
1. In standby mode, turn TIME/WEIGHT dial to fish cooking, which is the item 6 on the auto-menu.
2. Press WEI. ADJ. button repeatedly to indicate weight 400g.
3. Press START/QUICK START button.

However, please remember that the result of auto cook depends on factors such as the shape and size of
food, your personal preference as to the doneness of certain foods and even how well you happen to place
the food in the oven. If you find the result at any rate not quite satisfactory, please adjust the cooking time a
little bit accordingly.
