Cleaning Recommendations
It is very important to follow the instructions below to preserve HELVEX products
finishings shiny and in perfect conditions:
1. Use only water and a clean cloth.
2. Do not use fibers, powders, abrasives, or chemicals.
3. Do not use sharp objects to clean the finishings.
4. It is recommended to clean your device daily.

The cartridge is closed.

The operating pressure is not adequate.

Clean or replace the cartridge (Page 3, step 7 and 8).

Check that there is cold or hot water in the supply line.

Open the main water valve.

Tighten the escutcheon firmly (Page 2, step 2).
/ Apriete firmemente el chapetón (Pág. 2, paso 2).
Tighten firmly (Page 2, step 6).
/ Apriete firmemente (Pág. 2, paso 6).
Install the mixer handle properly.
/ Instale correctamente el monomando.
