The device can cause injuries in case of improper installation. Before installation, compare the local power
network with the instructions printed on the nameplate of the unit.
• Operate the machine only if there is compliance.
• Observe safety rules.
Before connecting the appliance make sure the rated voltage and frequency listed on the data plate match
the values of the local electricity grid: the maximum voltage difference must be plus or minus 10%.
A switch with a 3mm minimum contact opening must be installed between the electrical outlet and the
appliance.
The appliance must be grounded.
Place the unit so that the plug is easily accessible to disconnect the unit if necessary.
MANUAL
Before first use the device should be cleaned with a damp cloth and a suitable detergent. Rinse and dry.
Turn on the device using the main switch "ON / OFF". The green light powering lights.
Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature. The second light orange light is on when resistors heat
up and turns off when the desired temperature is reached. To switch off set the thermostat knob to "0" and
press the main switch.
Once complete use let the unit cool.
Regularly check and empty the grease cup.
NOTE
The device has a security system in case of overheating. Upon activation, disconnect the device and allow it
to cool. If this protection system will start regularly, it is imperative to contact your dealer.
After automatic shutdown, the unit may be commissioned only by pressing the reset button on the unit's back
for this, wait until the temperature drops, press the Reset button.
