User Instructions APTURA LT12 Self-Retracting Lanyard for Field Line Replacement
STEP 7:
Insert replacement line.
Make certain seam side of anchor loop faces away from
roller nozzle.
Seat replacement line anchor loop into drum.
Visually verify loop is seated in the drum by looking
through bolt hole.
STEP 10:
While maintaining tension on line, remove the line
replacement housing access door.
Allow line to retract slowly into unit. Lock and snug line
as required.
Snap nozzle into housing once line is fully retracted.

STEP 8:
IInsert anchor bolt through housing access hole and web
loop.
Then tighten with 1/4 inch hex wrench using 1/4 inch square
drive wrench to stablize drum.
Remove both wrenches from unit.
STEP 11:
Replace housing plug and housing access door.
STEP 9:
Verify line anchor loop is captured by bolt by vigorously
tugging on line.
STEP 12:
Verify locking.
Verify payout and retraction.
