a. Wiring :
The battery and the load controller must be kept away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Please controller and the batteries installed in the same place, the controller can be seized.
- Strip the cables in order for the connections to be made properly to the battery, the adapter with cigarette
lighter plug, the On/Off switch and the sockets (not provided ) (fig.2 and 4).
Ensure that the connection polarities are respected.
(Connect sequence on the charge controller: battery - solar array - loads)
Warning:
1. Screws specifications M3 X 10 (since the attack)
2. Make sure that heat-location around other objects were not blocke. Indeed, during operation, its temperature
increases.
- Follow the diagram carefully for correct system operation (fig.4)

LED 1(green) states : (regarding the solar panel)
LED ON: charge of battery normal
LED fast flashing: max. efficiency of the solar panel
LED OFF: solar array does not supply electricity
LED 2 (red and green bi-colour light) states : (regarding the battery)
Green LED ON: Voltage of battery normal
Green LED slow flashing : full charged battery
Orange LED ON: undervoltage of battery < 11V
Red LED ON: undervoltage protecion of battery < 10V and protection discharges deep activated.
LED 3 (red) states :
LED ON: normal operation
LED slow flashing : overload
LED fast flashing: short circuit of load
Setting swich(1) + LED (2) (fig.3):
Setting load work mode (see section « c.Setting of load mode»)
NOTE
Loads work current more than rated current of 1. 25 times, controller switches off load after 60 seconds. Loads
work current more than rated current of 1. 5 times ,controller switches off load after 5 seconds. When loads short
circuit, controller switches off immediately .
c. Setting load work mode
Selecting a mode:
The controller is set to "Test" 00 mode by default. To select a mode, press the "Settings" button for 5 seconds. (fig.
3-1). The display (2) flashes. Then press the settings button in quick presses to switch to the next mode. Once you
have selected the mode, wait a few seconds for the download to finish.
Test mode (00)
This mode is used to test your installation (if the connection of the panel and the load is correct).
If LED 1 is off and LED 3 is on: Lack of light. The battery was not charged correctly
If LED 1 is on and LED 3 is off: The battery was charged correctly
