c. Recording history:
You can scroll through your folders using the and icons. By clicking on the folder briefl y you can open it.
If you press for 2 seconds the system will propose to delete the selected folder by pressing the trash icon, or to
cancel your command.
Folders and fi les are sorted by recording date and time, hence the importance of correctly setting your monitor
time and date (see system settings in the next section)
To view a recording, click on it. You can view in quad mode by clicking and go back to the folders by clicking

1. Date and time settings: set the year fi rst, then the month, the day, the hours and the minutes
2. Video format selection: NTSC or PAL. In Europe select PAL
3. Set the timer following which the screen goes into standby mode (5s, 10s or 15s). Prefer a short timer to extend
battery life.
4. Selection of the monitoring view mode: quad, outside station only, or image scrolling every 5 or 15 seconds
NOTE: quad and image scrolling modes are only available when more than one camera (including the outside sta-
tion) is used. Otherwise only full screen mode on the outside station is possible.
5. Language setting: English, French or Italian. When the language is changed the default settings are applied
e. Ring tone settings
Press the note to listen to the different ring tones. The last ring to you listen to is automatically validated.
