Special safety instructions

In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all packaging (plastic
bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
Caution! Do not allow small children to play with the foil as there is a danger
of suffocation!
The appliance may be used by children 8 years or older and by persons with
reduced physical or mental capabilities, if they are under supervision or if
they have been instructed in the use of the appliance in a safe manner and
understand the potential risks. Children must not carry out cleaning and
maintenance of the appliance, unless they are 8 years or older and under
supervision. Children younger than 8 years have to be kept away from the
appliance and its power supply.
Children should be supervised at all times in order to ensure that they do
not play with the device.

Putting into Service

1. Connect the device to a duly installed 230V/50Hz protective contact socket.
2. Before inserting the plug into the socket. Make sure that the mains voltage
to be used matches that of the device. You can find this information on the
nameplate.
How to use the hand blender
The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups,
mayonnaise and baby food as well as for mixing and milkshakes.
1.
Press the blender stick on the motor unit until it locks.
2.
Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients. Then press the
switch (−) or switch (═) (TURBO).
3.
Move the appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend the
ingredient.
4.
You can use the hand blender in the measuring beaker and just as well
in any other vessel.
