• Tighten the gun to the cup securely with the nut and fitting supplied.
• Be sure to have the proper air pres s ure at the gun to operate. Proper air pres s ure for the large spray guns should not exceed 35 PSI
for lacquer and 43 PSI for enamel, and for the small spray gun, should not exceed 30 PSI.
• Adjust fluid control screw and spray width adjustment screw to your desired pattern before using on pro d uc t ion.
• Clean all parts after use.
In normal use, the nozzle wings are
hor i z on t al as shown here. This pro v ides a
ver t i c al fan-shaped pat t ern which gives
max i m um, even ma t e r i a l coverage as the
gun is moved back and forth par a l l el to the
sur f ace being fin i shed.

Set inlet pressure at no more than 43 PSI for the large
spray guns and 30 PSI for the small spray gun. For op t i m um
per f or m ance, some ma t e r i a ls may spray better at lower PSI
ratings. If unsure, always test at PSI ratings before using on
final production. Try spray. If it is too fine, de c rease the air pres-
sure or open fluid control screw. If the spray is too thick, close
the fluid control screw. Reg u l ate the pat t ern width and repeat
ad j ust m ent of spray as needed.
