Avoid touching the exterior of the appliance whilst the water

is being boiled up as well as afterwards. The exterior may
get hot, also by residual heat.
It is imperative to close the lid when heating water; other-

wise, boiling water may spurt out!
Use the cordless glass kettle with the included base only.

The glass kettle, the base, the connecting cord and the

mains plug must not be immersed in water or other liquids.
If the mains power cable of this device should become

damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the
manufacturer's customer service department or a similarly
qualified specialist, in order to avoid any hazards.
