Troubleshooting

Problem
Awning does not retract
automatically in strong
winds.
Awning retracts
automatically in light
winds.
Awning retracts
automatically after
30 minutes, even if it is
not windy.
Awning retracts
automatically after
60 minutes, even if it is
not windy.
Awning retracts
automatically after
60 minutes, even if it is
not windy and the wind
sensor is functioning
faultlessly.

Possible cause
The batteries in the wind
sensor are flat.
The wind sensor is not
programmed properly.
The wind sensor is not

The batteries in the wind
sensor are almost flat.
The LED for the wind
sensor is continuously lit
up (fig. 6 D, page 3).
Wind sensor is missing or
not properly attached
onto the base plate
The batteries in the wind

Another sensor that isn't
mounted or present any
more is connected to the
awning drive.
