Air filter
The air filter is delivered separately in the compressor
packaging.
Tighten the air filter (6) before starting the compressor.
Discharge pipes/air hoses connection
The compressor provides compressed air through 1
type of connection:
• Outlet valves with quick-release coupling (2):
1. Insert the air hose or air tools into the quick-
release coupling;
These outlet valves allow the adjustment of the outlet
pressure.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The air compressor is a commonly used appliance in
construction sites, repair shops or industries. It provides
compressed air for the operation of various appliances,
such as air or spray guns and pneumatic tools.
While operating a compressor, you should take into
consideration some care and procedures of use:
▪ Never touch the cylinder head, the cooling fins or the
compressed air pipes, as these parts reach high
temperatures during operation. After stopping the
compressor, wait some minutes until the parts cool
down;
▪ Never place inflammable objects or nylon and fabric
objects near and/or over the compressor;
▪ The pipes or hoses connected to the compressor
must have the same characteristics regarding air
displacement and pressure;
▪ Never turn on the compressor if the air filter is not
fitted;
▪ Never change the safety valve neither the air tank;
▪ When using the compressor for painting, never work
within 10m of the compressor. Use hoses to work at
a safety distance from the compressor;
▪ The compressor can only be started up in
environments with temperatures between +5°C and
+45°C;
Before starting the compressor, you must ensure
that all components are properly assembled.
