Instructions for use
Model: AB - 2010 Sous les mers
Automatic mouvement, Calibre ETK 861, 24 jewels
André Belfort thanks you for selecting a watch piece from his collec-
tion. You have acquired a time measuring instrument that combines
elegance with refined technology. To ensure that your chronograph
operates with perfect precision for many years to come, we advise
you to pay very careful attention to the advice provided hereafter:
An automatic watch must be wound with the crown at least 30 or 40
times before you wear it. After that, your daily activity should wind the
watch sufficiently to keep it running at night when it is not being worn.
If your normal daily activity is not sufficient, occasional supplementa-
ry manual winding may be necessary. To operate correctly, the watch
must be worn at least 12 hours a day. Under normal conditions, an
automatic watch has a margin for accuracy of +/- 30 seconds per day,
compared to a reference watch.
Keep the watch away from electro-magnetic fields (e.g. radio-alarm
clocks, TV sets, hair-dryers or any induction instruments) and keep it
away from all sources of heat.
