Installation

Note: If the appliance has not been stored or moved in an upright position, let it stand
upright for approximately 12 hours before operation. If in doubt allow the appliance to
stand.
Remove the appliance from the packaging and remove the protective film from all surfaces.

When positioning the ice maker, maintain a distance of 20cm

(7 inches) between the appliance and walls or other objects for
ventilation. Increase this distance if the obstacle is a heat
source.
If necessary, adjust the screw legs of the ice maker to make it

level. The efficiency of the ice maker can be reduced if the
appliance is unevenly located.
Connect one end of the corrugated outlet hose to the water

outlet on the rear of the ice maker.
Attach the other end of the hose to a plumbed-in stand waste

pipe or container suitable for collecting waste water.
Place the sealing washers on the water inlet at the back of the

ice maker and attach one end of the inlet hose.
Connect the other end of the inlet hose to the water supply.

Note: Ensure the end of the drainage pipe is situated lower than the Water Outlet valve
for efficient drainage.

Attach Spray Bar

The spray bar may become dislodged during transit. When installing the appliance check that the bar is
seated correctly. To check/reattach the spray bar:
Open the ice bin door.

Remove the ice cube curtain [1].
2.
Remove the ice cube chute tray [2].
3.
Slot the spray bar back into supporting mounts, situated on either side of the interior cabinet [3].
4.
Replace the chute tray and curtain.
5.
Note: Ensure the tray is lined up so the nozzles protrude fully through the chute.
