SECURITY CAUTIONS
• Connect in the outlet, as in your house, and do not put anything on them other than a plug.
• The inverter will heat up when is in use, avoid to touch it or to approach materials that do not
support high temperatures, as sleeping bag or carpets.
• Ensure that the input voltage is the same that the voltage required by the inverter and that the
device that you want to connect.
• Never smoke or produce sparks near the battery. Have a correct ventilation around the battery.
• Be careful when you use metallic tools. If a tool fall into the battery may cause shock hazard
and possibly an explosion.
• Remove any metal objects, such as rings, bracelets, necklaces or watches, when working with
a battery. A battery can produce a short-circuit with a strong current and it is enough to melt a
ring or other metal-like object, causing severe burns.
• Ensure that there is at least 3 centimeters of clearance around the inverter for correct air flow.
The included fan provides air, but must have enough free space to operate properly.
• The best operating temperature is between 7 and 30 ° C. Do not place the inverter in a
location that may be affected by heat sources that may increase the inverter's normal operating
temperature.
• Do not place the inverter near flammable substances. Smoke and gases can cause an explo-
sion or fire that can result in serious injury and possibly death.
