The scooter is folded during transportation. (fig. 1)
-
Open the quick-release skewer located on the right front above the footboard by pulling the lever, causing the transport safety lock to
disengage (fig. 2).
-
Then press the lever at the center of the folding mechanism and fold the steering rod towards the front until the quick-release skewer
clicks into its intended groove at the front (fig. 3).
-
Lock the quick-release skewer on the right (fig. 4). If not tight enough, open the fastener again and tighten the opposite nut for the
complete quick-release skewer to sit more tightly on the folding mechanism. Repeat these steps until the folding mechanism is fixed
without play.
-
Open the larger quick-release skewer located on the head of the steering rod (T section) by folding the locking bracket upwards
(fig. 5).
-
Release the grips from the sockets located on the side of the handlebar shaft. Insert both ends into the head (T section) and use your
thumb to press down both knobs until the end pieces of the handlebar can be inserted smoothly. A groove on the bottom of the ends
of the handlebar and inside the T section indicates the right position. The knobs must click into their respective holes (fig. 6).
-
Close the quick-release skewer by firmly pressing down the locking bracket (fig. 7).
-
